Apply- Solicitar- to make use of as relevant or suitable

Cabin crew- Tripulacion de cabina- the members of an aircraft crew who attend to passengers.

Traks- Pistas- evidence that something has passed

UNIT 7

Stand still- Mantenerse quieto-a situation or condition in which there is no movement or activity at all.

Predator- Predador- an animal that naturally preys on others.

Prey- Presa-an animal that is hunted and killed by another for food.

Flood- Inundación-an overflow of a large amount of water beyond its normal limits, especially over what is
normally dry land.

Mainland- Continente- an overflow of a large amount of water beyond its normal limits, especially over what is normally dry land.

Foothpath- Sendero- a path for people to walk along, especially a right of way in the countryside.

Tide- Marea- the alternate rising and falling of the sea, usually twice in each lunar day at a particular place, due to the attraction of the moon and sun.

Argue- Argüir/Debatir- to give reasons for or against something.

Advise- Notificar/Informar- to give someone advice
