Our trip to Ireland (writing)

Resultado de imagen de glendaloughI went to on Saturday 24th of March,we woke up very early and took a bus from Villamayor to the airport, then, we took a flight and arrived to Dublin. Antother bus moved us from the aitport to our host town, Rush.

We stayed at a small house far away from our school for the first days with our host family. The mother, Margaret, and the big sister Hazel were very nice. The other family lived in a beautiful neighbourhood near the beach  and the sea. I enjoyed a lot watching the sunsets there, they were beautiful. Our second family was younger, the parents ,David and Sarah were very nice and friendly ,and they cooked so well! They had a little daughter called Charlie ,she was five, and a son , Carter, who was three, they were so cute. The first day, on Sunday, we went to visit Glendalough, it was very interesting and it had beautiful sights, it was a windy day but I enjoyed it anyways. We had English classes the rest of the days from 9:00 to 12:45. Our teacher ,Orla, was lovely, she was always happy and enthusiastic. I learned a lot of vocabulary and practiced my pronunciation. I loved the classes because I learned a lot but through entretainig activities. On Monday after lunch we went to visit Dublinia, a wax museum about the history of Dublin. After having dinner we went bowling and I lost but it was what I expected so I wasn't disappointed anyways. On Tuesday we went to visit Croke park, the biggest stadium in Ireland. There we learned about the Irish sports hurling and gaelic football.

After that and having dinner we went to see greyhound racing, Ididn´t enjoyed this very much a lot and it was very cold but it wasn't so bad. On Wednesday we went to see the Archeological Museum, we didn't had a guide or a lot of time so, I think I could have enjoyed more than I did. The next day we had a guided visit to GPO, I think this is the day I enjoyed the most. I found it very ineresting and the guide was very nice. The last day we went shopping and I had a great time with my friends. The weather was very good all the week and it didn't ain so we could do all of our activities. I was very touched by the last day when we had to return to Spain and leave our host families.I was very thankful to them. On Saturday the 30th we took a flight back to Spail and a bus to Villamayor, where I met my family again.
